Is shipping discreet? What does it look like?

All of our products are shipped in plain bubble mailers, envelopes or boxes, with no identifying markings.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay and FSA-HAS payment cards with a credit card logo.

Do You Accept Insurance, Medicaid or Medicare?

You will need to check with your insurance company to determine whether they provide coverage. If you are covered, you will be responsible for submitting your receipt and requesting reimbursement from the insurance company.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with a variety of carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to provide our customers with the fastest and most reliable service.

Can I come to the warehouse and pick up my order?

Our products are not available for pickup at this time. We do have partnerships with retailers within the United States that you can visit and pick up products from. Please check out our Partners and Affiliates page for more information!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally from the United States, at this time, but we do offer our products to customers in Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, and Australia/New Zealand. Please check out our Partners and Affiliates page for more information!

What size diaper will fit me?

For female or curvier shaped bodies, it's helpful to use your hip measurement instead of waist to purchase the most accurate size.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and this does not include time in transit (shipping time). Orders placed before 12:00p (EST) typically are fulfilled that day, otherwise orders placed after 12:00p (EST) will be fulfilled the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday.

What is Auto-Ship?

Auto-Ship is the most convenient way to receive products and save money. Once you subscribe, we will automatically send products based on your chosen order frequency, and you will receive 5% off. If you have questions regarding Auto-Ship, please reach out to us at info@trestcare.com.

What if my order is defective or the wrong size?

If you believe your order is defective or if the wrong size was sent, then please email us at info@trestcare.com to have your concern addressed.

How thick are your diapers? What is the capacity?

Our diapers are thick and absorbent without being too bulky. TREST Elite Briefs hold up to 9500mL of liquid.

Do you offer samples?

We now carry Sample Packs of 2, which are available for purchase!

What if you run out of inventory?

There may be times when we may run low or run out of inventory, but we strive to keep our products in stock for purchase.
